Whether a booking can be cancelled or refunded is set by the airline, hotel or supplier holding the reservation. Those rules are applied and cannot be overridden.
Send the booking reference, passenger or guest name and the reason to info.lusanimar@gmail.com. The supplier rules are checked and the possible outcome and any penalty are confirmed in writing before anything is cancelled or charged.
SANIMAR MARKET checkout is not open. No payment is collected for marketplace listings, so no marketplace order, cancellation or refund can be processed yet. The travel refund rules on this page apply only to travel bookings arranged through SANIMAR TRAVEL.
